RDW Company began in 1986 developing, designing and building
"World Class" residential communities. This was
a time when large planned communities of condo and villa homes
with a full set of amenities were a very new idea to the Mahoning
Valley. The naysayers said such communities wouldn't and couldn't
happen here -- RDW Company said, "Why not here?"
and went on to show it could be done.
So began the journey which today has lead to 8 major communities
and nearly 850 condo homes, villa homes and single family
homes being built in the tri-county area. All communities
feature upscale amenities and stunning designs usually seen
only in larger cities. Yes, it can
happen here in the Mahoning Valley.
There are many things that make us unique, a few of them are:
First, we do all facets of construction and yes, even end
management if you so desire. As a consequence, we have no
excuse for not building you the home of your dreams at a price
you can afford with the high quality you deserve and expect.
It is our avocation and we take it seriously.
Second, we really care about our products and our customers.
We design each unit to reflect the tastes and lifestyle of
the homeowner, therefore, making each one customized and unique.
It is not a job for us, but a mission we truly care about
and enjoy. Look around, you will see the difference this attitude
makes. As we say, "we design with your needs in mind.
Yes, we really do."
Third, we have "World Class" workers and subcontractors.
They are family to us and we treat them as such. The result
is a better, higher quality product for you. Visit our sites
and talk to the "RDW Team" members and you will
discover that our loyal employees and subcontractors are one
of the secrets to our success.
Finally, please come by to see us and view our products. We
are excited and proud to show you what "World Class"
living is all about. We sincerely hope to see you soon and
we thank you for stopping by our newly designed website.
